Skip, I do not know what you are asking. It clearly is a Canadian stamp - even the year of issue is on it, 1897. It is not a very good copy, it is sort of bleached out. Plus it has all sorts of problems,

This is the 3 cents value from the 1897 Canadian "Jubilee" set. The set had face values from a 1/2 cent up to $5.00.
