The description calls this a "Very Rare" 1 cent Washington from the 1954-61 series. Bid + Postage is in excess of $12! Then he pictures a 20 cent Prexie! Intelligence is rampant.... Also note that it is a POSTAL POSTAGE stamp. Maybe that is what makes it so rare.
