I noticed recently the Scouter Stamps Album is now available for download from the website of the Scouts on Stamps Society International.

You do not have to be a member to download.

It is a huge pdf file, 647 pages, illustrated.

A great resource. Potential to form the foundation for a topical album.

I have a pretty big Scouts topical collection that is currently just in a stock book. I looked at an album (this I think) some years back but it was so bloody expensive. This was a nice treat to find.
