Greek Error Stamp Identification??

Curious if any of you have seen this kind of error stamp. I have yet to find anybody with any knowledge about this error or how common this is.

This is my first post .. so we'll see if the picture shows. It is Scott #: 365 from around 1931-1935.

Any help is appreciated in identifying! Thanks!

I can tell you what I think happened - in between printing the blue border and brown Temple of Hephaestus, there occurred a pre-printing crease. It was "popped" at a later date, this is why perfs are irregular and the cancel jumps. Such errors are all unique one-offs, yours is nice and definitely of value to an error collector.
