Printer's waste or just really bad forgeries?

The note in the Scott catalog does acknowledge the existence of printer's waste types. These certainly fit the description.

1887 Scott 96 5c green "Bolivar", Rouletted 8

Some of your stamps are at least partially rouletted 8, but yes, imperforate varieties are considered printer's waste.

Do these carry a price premium at all?

The rouletted versions are at minimal catalogue value. The "printers waste" imperforates are not valued separately by Scott, but I suspect, they go in the opposite direction from "premium".

Interesting.
I am missing Sc#83 - 125

However I have Sc#82 and the print quality is similar to Jim's, I had these down (guessing) as possible forgeries.............
