Are these stamps from Thrace? Are they possibly revenue or private issue?

Locals from Argyrokastro (Epirus) circa 1914, I believe. Plus two Belgian telegraphs.

Your Belgium telegraphh stamps were issued in 1899(this series started being issued in 1888 but these values 50c & 5fr were first issued 1899) No great value.

These Epirus SG 11-18 from 1914.

SG priced these in 2009 at £2.00 to £2.50 each.

It says "dangerous forgeries exist" but I suspect that's more of an issue for the other values of the set and for the similar overprints on older Turkish stamps.
