Process or Talbana Fee.

These stamps were affixed to summons or subpoena which required a witness (or the defendent) to appear in a court of law.

They also are known as "service of process fee" stamps.

In an auction lot, no bids, so I put in the reserve, which was minimal.
They were in dealer cards (The large ones) so I would presume a closing down sale of dealers stock?
