As listed in Scott, RF12c and RF12d were used by the Logan Printing House.

The RF12c example below somehow didn't get cancelled, like the RF12d copy.

There is something unusual about the RF12d stamp.

Can anyone spot what it is?

The RF12d might have an Act of 1918 handstamp. However the RF12c might well have fake perfs added to an RF11. That might be why there is no cancel.

Not impossible, but do the perforations look in any way suspicious to you?

I realize that you'll say that it needs to be seen in person, but still...

Actually they look very suspicious to me. Like to see them from the back, but just compare them to the R12d, which has genuine perfs.
