I don't want to wear out my welcome, but could use help with catalog number on this card and also not sure what the cancel on the back represents, "AUSG."

Ausg. is the abbreviation for Augsburg, Germany

Ausg. = Ausgabe, which in a postal context means "delivery".

Michel catalog number is P1.
