Canada Stamp Color Question

Thanks for assistance ahead of time, Was wondering if Canada, a Scott book which I have not received yet my luck. The Scott A32 2 cent Queen Victoria was it ever made in carmine or rose color? Most images I see are it in like lavender or purple color.

Im looking for the stamp now to post up unless I get a reply back before I find it.

Looks like a 2 cent Carmine, Die 1 # 77 used 1899 (Scott 2009 and Unitrade Canada Specialized catalogue 2018) with some damaged perfs (LL corner) so It would be less than a Fine (SG?) maybe 10 cent worth - Unitrade does not list SG stamps or damaged ones.# 76 is purple.

Thanks a bunch is their an online resource for world stamps I could use for identification till all my books and software come in? I new to stamping because of a inherited collection from a friend. Money isn't important in my stamps I show. They will all be passed down just like they were for me. But I have seen some of the values and it has my blood itching now for barn finds. Oh Also is their anything that can help with stocks keeping up with what one has without having to destroy a room looking for one stamp? Cheers

There are sites on the Web that may help you identify - I do not use them. I love Stampsmarter.com ! for other usages.
