I have a cover from 1922 that is sent from Paide, Estonia to Kinsen, Korea. It has no arrival postmarks on back side, but on front there is inscription with red pen along with red postmark, both unreadable to me. Can anyone help to decipher these?

The letter is addressed to mr. Kozuka, director of Mikado. Seems Mikado was kind of stamp collectors club.

First two (Chinese) characters of the red stamp

means "reply" or "return letter".
Third character is not very readable.
Trying to make something if it...

I think I found it.
Maybe somebody can verify, but I think the Chinese characters are

And that would mean "Return the letter".

Hopefully helpful...

Return is possible but surprising, as the U.K seller who sold me this cover had more covers sent from Estonia to Kinsen, to the same addressee, and other covers did not have this red mark and some had arrival postmarks. So I suspect they all came from the same owner/collection, initially originating from addressee itself.

Thanks. I did search ebay UK completed listings for "kinsen" and found about 30 items, from there we get better quality images. Few covers had the same red mark that I include here, perhaps it is more clear. There is no sign that such letters have been actually returned.

But likely a native speaker can solve the mystery.

The red stamp appears to me to read "henshin-zumi" (Japanese reading of the three characters), which would mean "reply finished" or simply "replied". I would guess that it's not a postal marking, but rather a stamp applied by the recipient to indicate that this letter had already been answered.
