Mpo 603 - Debert Camp Censor Handstamp

Below is a scan of part of the back of a cover from DEBERT N. S. / MPO 603 - the Debert military camp. The machine cancellation is the standard one used there and is dated 14-01-43



Both the censor tape and the two line "Transmission Delayed ..." hand stamp are known but I cannot find any info on the red CENSORED marking. I guess that this was applied at the camp and signed underneith buy the censor. I cannot make out his name.

I would like to find out any info I can about this mark - dates of use etc and anything on other similar marks used at Debert
