Here are four Ottoman stamps that I need help with identifying. My own preliminary thoughts are that #1 is Sc#11, #2 is Sc#21, #3 is Sc#22 and that #4 is Sc#41. They all appear to have local overprints. Please experts let me know what I have.

Hi Dave,

The first three appear to have regular postmarks.

The fourth seems to have both a blue octagonal postmark and a Constantinople town post round handstamp in black.

I guess you've seen the reference to the Constantinople handstamps in Scott.

There's more information including pricing in Michel at the end of the postage due section.

I've no idea if the black handstamp is genuine and I don't have any recent prices.
