Need Help With Ottoman Postmarks

Two Ottoman stamps with partial postmarks. I think the miltary Sc M4 has the beginning of a Domokos postmark from Thessaly. I think the Sc70 is the beginning of Florina in Monastir. I would like someone with a lot more experience than me to either verify this or point me in the right direction. Thanks.
