Yep I see it but dont want to paid 17k for that. Can paid good money but 17 is too high for me for that stamp.

The NB5 stamp shows an ugly face of a man (Connell) abusing his Governmental position and trying to get himself on a New Brunswick 5 cents stamp. History shows that this move ruined his career. I have a book on this. Will show you a cover with a print of is stamp later today.
