i took a couple pics in high contrast in hopes you can see perfs better. please let me know what you guys think. im new to this.

the rare 1c Franklin stamps of this design are perforation 11 all around. you need a perforation gauge to check this. I made an image that shows that your stamp does not have the same perforation all around, so yours would be perf 11x10.5.
