Canada Year Of The Dog Stamp?

I noticed that Canada Post offers a "Framed Souvenir Sheet Enlargement"



If removed from the frame and from the sheet the stamp would measure about 10 cm, much larger than the regular issue of about 3 cm.



I am wondering if this behemoth will be considered a real postage stamp and listed as a variety in Unitrade? It is probably not gummed.
