Any Idea what scott number this is? I can't find this 3 cent carmine envelope in my 2017 catalog.

Very weird. I can't find it in my 1991 Scott Specialized, either. 2 cent brown red and 5 cent blue, yes, but no 3 cent in any color. ???

I wonder if this link can help; I'm a total novice in US envelopies but always find this page pretty useful for my Pointing Hand marking cover.

Thanks Unechan! I see it is U21. I never thought to go back that far in the book. U59 is not even close.

The Design number is U21, the Scott Number, which is what you asked for, is U58 or U59 depending upon the envelope paper type. The issue, I believe, also may have differing shades of the color of the design.
