Here is one that I got a few years and have always wondered about. Your opinions are invaluable. It is hard for me to distinguish between two examples. They both look like the identical printing. Of course, both may have been printed from the original plates. Thanks! Wolf-==-

The imperfs were printed from the original plates. Belgium issued imperforated stamps for most of its issues starting from around 1900 to give to government officials. Many found their way to stamp collectors. They're sometimes referred to as proofs and were issued with or without gum. They're not uncommon.

Wolf they're quite common so the value isn't that high, especially on low denomination stamps. Here's a set of three (including yours) for offer on Delcampe priced at $3.50.
