Recently acquired a nicely centered Scott 73. It appears to have a red Paid revenue type cancel. Any premium for the revenue cancel or does it detract from value?
Depends on the collector. To postal collectors it lowers it. To revenue collectors it usually dosen't. But it's better if it's on a document, since there are paid postal markings.
