These pics are more than a year old, and I have made MANY upgrades to this segment of my collection; Now, all of my officials are MOG as are my periodicals (with the exception of special printings which are NGAI). I have upgraded and added several including: J-13 (previously missing), O-12 (previously used), O-39 (previously used), O-42 (previously used), O-44 (previously used), O-95 (previously used),O-111 and O-112 (both previously used), PR-17 (previously used), P-43 (previously missing), PR-45 (previously missing), PR-46 (previously missing)....and I am sure there are others that just aren't coming to mind at the moment. *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

Completing periodicals will be difficult, but I am going to try. Grant Inman was the only one that came close. Although I will never be able to rival the quality of his collection, I do think I can come close on completeness. On a separate note, if anybody sees something that is in dire need of replacement (like the suggestions I got on my #10a yesterday...), I would greatly appreciate the feedback. I am more advanced in the size of my investment than the scope of my knowledge, so I am always interest in hearing other's opinions. Also, if someone has a stamp(s) to offer me that would fill a hole, please PM me. I am very passionate about this endeavor, and more importantly, I'm having a lot of fun with it! -Rob Lehmann |

Nice stuff. I really like the Newspaper/Periodical stamps. I've been debating collecting those myself, for some time, and its nice to see a bunch of them together as you have them. |

They are my favorite United States Stamps. I think they are absolute works of art! |

These early stamps are such incredibly beautiful works of art. And then you look at the 2018 USPS issues such as the "frozen treats" and you wonder what on earth happened. |

Tastes change. Newspaper stamps are a difficult collecting area, with paper, shade, and watermark varieties that require extensive study to know at all well. Not an area to decide to collect lightly. |
