This looks like a stamp, but does not seem to be one as far as I can see... Any ideas!?

This is SC# 2063, Picture Postage Stamps. Value for a used one is +-$1.50

Why is there no "P" or denomination on this stamp?!

Printed on the stamp is "Domestic postage paid".

This indicates that whatever domestic postage rate was in effect at the of time of mailing was paid when the stamp was purchased.

BlackJag - interesting when you think about it. We are assuming (as is Canada Post?) a first class letter 30g or under. But maybe I could ship a live / dead moose from Newfoundland to Alberta with one stuck to his nose?
