Cybernetics:
Cybernetics is only applicable when the system being analysed is involved in a closed signal loop; that is,
where action by the system causes some change in its environment and that change is fed to the system via
information (feedback) that enables the system to change its behavior.

Mechanical Cybernetics can be seen on the design of this Spanish label
This is a machine Governor, when speed increases, centrifugal force,
has the balls swing outward, lifting a valve which reduces the flow of energy, thus reducing the speed of the machine.
Beautiful in it's simplicity.

Can you think of a Cybernetics link with how you spend with stamps,
and your budget?

Updating the "Legionaire" issues 1940.

1940
The "Iron Guard" fund.

wiki
The Iron Guard is the name most commonly given to a far-right movement and political party in Romania in the period from 1927 into the early part of World War II. The Iron Guard was ultra-nationalist, fascist, anti-communist, and promoted the Orthodox Christian faith. It is also considered an antisemitic organization, an ideology even going so far as to demand the introduction of "state anti-semitism". Romanian antisemitism had deep roots in the teachings of the Romanian Orthodox Church. Even as the Iron Guard moved beyond traditional religious antisemitism to promote economic and racial antisemitism, and violence against Jews, they did not abandon religious belief and religious language and symbolism was used in the speeches, poetry and songs of the Iron Guard. The youth movement had its stronghold in the Faculty of Theology of the University of Bucharest.

A "heads up" for any budding Romanian Collectors.
I have just purchased 300 Romanian stamps for $5.50
which seems like a great deal, CTO but in pristine shape.

Was it a good deal?

All sets included were missing the top two values,
hence I'll have to repurchase the sets again probably.
Something to be wary of.

Year of issue of the sets, or Michel nr. please- who knows?
Still working on a package (I`ve only managed to send stamps to Stampgal, your`s are under selection)- I`ve read about the Brancusi mini-sheet - put aside (MNH). Still looking for the Daciada final values.
