My 2006/07 Michel Southeast Europe shows a quantity of 60,000 pieces. Extremely low catalogue values for almost all of these more recent Romanian issues with low quantities, many of them are minimum catalogue value even for stamps released with less than 100,000 copies.

Thankyou Ryan, that would have been my assumption,
Venor wanted $5 for one stamp.
I have to presume it is due to the "tab" attached being
a posthorn.
We shall let this one slide by :)

Romania : Postmark
Known by me, but not understood.
Postmark : L'Independence Roumaine.
A French Language Semi-Official Newspaper
printed by the National Liberal party.

Why would they have their own Postmark? (Bucaresti No5)

Wow!
I mean...Wow! :)

You encouraged me to go a googling........
They were showing the new amazing cinematique in the building.

The first cinematographic projection in Romania took place on 27 May 1896, less than five months after the first public film exhibition by the Lumière brothers on 28 December 1895 in Paris. In the Romanian exhibition, a team of Lumière brothers' employees screened several films, including the famous L'Arrivée d'un train en gare de La Ciotat. The event was arranged by Edwin Schurmann, the impresario of Adelina Patti and Eleonora Duse, and was hosted by the French-language newspaper L'Indépendance Roumanie. Mi#351;u V#259;c#259;rescu (descendant of the boyar Vrescu family), a journalist for L'Indépendance Roumanie, noted that "there took place a representation of 'the miracle of the century'". Initially an elite attraction, permanent screenings both in the building of L'Indépendance Roumanie and in other locations (such as the biggest room of the newspaper building on Eforiei Spitalelor Civile Boulevard, then the Hugues room across from the old National Theatre) helped bring the ticket price down and cinema became a popular spectacle in Bucharest.

The Soviet space probe Luna 3 of 1959 (of the E-3 series) was the third space probe to be sent to the neighborhood of the Moon, and this mission was an early feat in the spaceborne exploration of outer space. Though it returned rather poor pictures by later standards, the historic, never-before-seen views of the far side of the Moon caused excitement and interest when they were published around the world, and a tentative Atlas of the Far Side of the Moon was created after image processing improved the pictures. This space probe has been commonly called "Lunik 3", predominantly in the Western world.

Romania : 1932
30th anniversary of opening of GPO Bucharest.
The 1903 stamp (postwagon) was re-issued in the currency of 16 Lei.

Exists Forged.

I do not have much to go on, but believe mine is genuine.
Points of interest are (Left to Right)
1. Straight strands of grass / turf from bottom frame
2. there are two lines under this horses hoof.

I have no forgery to compare with.
