I found this stamp in with a batch that I was sorting out. I think it's from China or Japan. I can't find it in the Scott cataloge. Can you help me find the Scott # or year, etc.

Hi James I believe that is ( C56 AP3 $20,000 on 25c lt orange ) as it shows in my cat.
