First Day Covers For Precancel Stamps?

I think I know the answer to this but trying to verify it.
Are there issued first day covers for precancel stamps such as the Transportation coil series? I am not talking about the bulk rate stamps but the stamps such as 2132a with the 2 black lines with a statement between the lines.

Yes, for ALL precanceled stamps in the Transportation Series FDC's are possible.

Well, I do not collect them myself, but I have seen them on ebay from time to time. If you really want to get into them go to www.afdcs.org , the American First Day Cover Society.
