I have been working on my Austria a lot recently and there are some stamps that I just can't find in my Scott's. This one I cannot find with this overprint

Yes, that is correct.

With the end of WWI, what was left of the Austro-Hungarian empire was broken up into different nationalities. The remaining part was German-speaking, and hence the name "German Austria". This was later simplified to just "Austria". Of course, in 1938, Hitler "annexed" Austria... and his continued expansion led to the outbreak of WWII.
