There are some folks who do not like the Classics category being filled with ecommerce, ebay threads. I am a bit ambivalent about moving them since we then get push back from others (its a no-win situation).

Actually. if someone took images off ebay and put together a more education presentation it would likely have broader appeal. I know very little about classic stamps and I cannot see half of what they claim or understand their claims.

My point was to use it as a real education opportunity more than bashing. I have stopped collecting classics because I do not have the time to invest to get really good at detecting them. There are just too many other areas that offer more enjoyment to deal with dealing with altered stamps.
