Nice to see a "public service" listing.

And if it sells for 25 cents, the seller gets 75 cents with the shipping included against costs of:
0.08 for the 10% to ebay
0.30 for the flat rate to Paypal for each transaction
0.03 for the 3% Paypal takes for their standard processing rate
0.50 for postage for mailing

total cost 0.91
not to mention the cost of the shipping envelope.

Notice though, that it's an auction starting at 25 cents, not a Buy It Now for 25 cents.

Also, one needs to be careful when painting with a broad brush... Personally, I've offered and sold numerous R15 and R6c for $50-100 each. All it takes is the right cancel or plate variety to make a minimum catalog value stamp legitimately worth that much. Admittedly, I almost never use the word "rare" in any of my listings, as it's overused and has no impact. Buyers intentionally looking for this sort of material don't need superlatives; they know what is common/scarce/rare.

All that said, I like the approach counteracting some of the moon money listings.

Forgive if stupid question, but how many stamps to a sheet were printed? Shouldn't the total be divisible by 100?

Sheets were 210, and there were always a few stamps damaged in printing that would be destroyed.
