I'm just trying to get confirmation on this. I have all four blocks of Plate 8. Here are just the two upper blocks. They aren't a matched set, as you can see the G is slightly higher and darker on the right hand stamp.

The upper left corner block appears to have a guide dot just in front of the W of Ottawa.

While the upper right corner block appears to have a guide dot just in front of the N of No8.

Are guide dots normal in the upper left and right positions?

Partime, is that a scratch in the "N" of "Banknote"? But where are the guide dots?

Peter,

Here are the two pics with arrows to help find what I am calling Guide Dots, but they are a little small, in my opinion.

I don't think it is a scratch or plate crack. It is about the right color, but could just be a fiber just under the surface.

Thanks Partime. I looked all over and failed to see those two dots.
