In my great-grandfather's stamp collection that I
inherited, I found 5 sheets of paper that seem to be some sort of commemorative set of Belgian stamps. All the sheets have "Société de Publicité W. A. CLAEYS, S.A." written at the top. Each sheet has several stamps attached by the top left corner of the gum backing, and each stamp has been canceled on the sheet itself. I have done Internet searches, but to no avail. Does anyone have any information on these? I have attached a photo of one of the sheets. The writing in the upper right-hand corner is my great-grandfather's.
Thank you!
