Just received a box of cover from all over the world, but wait there's more ,in among the covers were post cards, stamps, foreign revenue (1920's German or Austrian bank revenue's)and reproductions. This is the box of covers and this is the closest I'm going to get to the real thing, C13,C14 and a C15 I also like this one Sc # 1193 What a surprise and yes I feel like a kid in a candy store with about fifty U.S.FDC to come out of the box so far,and heaps of Aussie FDC I don't have, wow just like Christmas came early . regards Just a P.S.to all don't forget to click on the photo's to enlarge them .

Glad to see you're being a kid at Christmas all over again! I feel the same way when I receive a purchase Or better yet, a gift bag or box of stamps. Enjoy! |

Wow! I would love to get my hands on a box of covers and things like that. What a treat. Bobgggg, have you started your new topic of, "What's your favourite cover?." I have one I am itching to add to it. I don't want to step on your toes for starting it. |

Will do Butch but it will be on going ,so far about 60 U.S. FDC's,70 Aussie FDC and post cards and 13 FDC from Ruislip Stamp Co of King George the VI coronation all dated May 12 1937,these covers are from all over the British Empire. 5 FDC's from the royal visit to South Africa in 1947 and 17 FDC's from the Crown Agents Stamp Bureau of the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 1977,again these covers are from all over the British Empire. Oh P.S. Thanks Bob that is a good idea mate and Suzanne there are surprises coming from the box all the time |

Yes spock only one postcard and it looks like an early one,it has a 4d stamp though I'm not sure about the other and I can't read a date on it,I'll post it as soon as I can and you may be able to read it. regards Harry |

Great by! Take your time and do some research on the better covers. You might have some gems there! |
