Postal stationary or a computer generated garbage .design is too poor to be government issue.

I asked around and I was told by northstamp that it was a unissued Hunary proof.

More like it here...

Glad I do my own research on these - I can confirm my findings later on. Had misidentified this one due to forum responses.

Unfortunately something is wrong with the sites security certificate so http is the way to go for the example above for now...

You'll notice the response from floortrader here is what mislead me to think otherwise...

suggestion....be humble
its not polite to call people out(even if you don't like how it was put)
we all do our own work, if you don't like an opinion -find more to go on(like you did)
"you catch more honest thought out opinions with honey opposed to vinegar"
remember people take time to look at things very closely on our behalf
keep digging don't give up!
even in a mountain of pebbles sometimes(very rarely) you find a little gem!

Thanks Just -fella .

Here is the low quality scan from above ,now compare that to the quality of the printing company the prints for the Hungarian Post Office .

now here is the real work done by the Post Office

Now I ask you ,because I can not get anybody else here for a honest answer . Do you think that is a computer generated garbage or something done by the printer to show the POST OFFICE as their workmanship .
