I hesitate to post this because of my horrible photos, but hopefully it shows well enough.
I've narrowed the plate positions to three possibilities.

Interesting stamp, stampcrow! I can see the ink streaking from the upper right diamond block, too.

I would say it is a wet paper printing from a worn plate.

Classic Coins I do remember that thread. Your stamp is really nice. Mine is better looking than what my pictures show, but your stamp is more dramatic.

The plate wear and ink mess is what's making mine difficult to plate.
