I thought this stamp was B204 but then I noticed it had the cross out at the top and under the 60 and now I don't know where it goes. Your help would be appreciated!!

The original (underlying) stamp is from 1949 (I assume B204 is the Scott number). Scott should list under the 1949 entry a reference to the entry for the overprinted version you show, which is from 1952 (Michel #1242/Hungary #1309). Overprinted version is from a Budapest stamp exhibition sponsored by Magyar Bélyeggy#369;jt#337;k Országos Szövetsége (MABEOSZ), i.e., "National Association of Hungarian Stamp Collectors."

No reference was made under the B204 number, but under the 1952 #996 it did. I unfortunately did not have that one. It also said counterfeits abound, so mine probably is.
Thank you so much for your help!!
