A lot of collectors confuse booklet stamps for coils. I have bought some collections in the past where you can see that the previous owner listed stamps as 'coils', when in fact, they are booklet stamps. Your pair of stamps appears to be from a "Chewing Gum" booklet because the perforations do not appear to be low enough to be a coil stamp. They were issued in panes of three. Other formats of booklets exist with this design as well, usually in panes of six.
In Canada, there are a lot of collectors who like to 're-construct' booklet panes from used singles. I seldom check Scott's with Canadian stamps but 'only' use the Unitrade Catalogue for them as they are listed individually in there. Not sure if Scott's does or not?
