Your "stamps" are charity labels (similar to Christmas seals) probably issued and sold during Spanish Civil War (1936-39) to raise funds for Zaragoza Seminary (in Spain) Currency is spanish centimos or pesetas "Sin valor postal" is spanish for "No postal value".
