Interesting collection, approximately 96 home-made pages in two 3-ring binders. Each page has a mint PS3 or PS5 and then an example of that plate number single used on a commercial cover (no first day covers). Some of the cover usages are fairly scarce, including several purple machine cancels, which are sought after.
Sadly, quite a few of the covers have been reduced at left to fit on the page.
Also several error strips. I did not add anything in the listed catalog value for the errors.
Coming up with an actual value is difficult for the PNC covers, since the only reference I have found that prices them on cover is long out of date, the 1995 Plate Number Coil Catalog.
What I find interesting is just how far the mint PS3 and PS5 strip prices have fallen since the 1995 catalog was published, when compared to Scott and Durland.

Before the pages is a screenshot of the listing of everything, with pricing from the 2018 Scott Specialized, the 2016 Durland Catalog and the 1995 PNC Catalog, really only useful for the on-cover prices.
