Help Identify 3 Stamps

I have the following 3 stamps that I cannot fully identify. One is Mexican, one I believe is China and the other is Arabian but not sure the country. Would like to know the issue dates for all three.

The Mexican stamp is a revenue, complete with "tab"

The second one is a revenue stamp issued by Republic of China in probably 1940s.

The first, is an Egyptian Official Stamp.
