Hello everyone,
I have a question about Scott #3978b.
Are the stamps (the side with 12 stamps) upside down in relation to the stamps on the back cover (the side with 6 stamps)? This is a 20 doubled-sided 39 cent denominated booklet.
Thank you for your help.
