I am embarrassed to say that I cannot find the following set of Venezuela stamps I'm my Scott catalog. They superficially resemble the 1911 issue but with " instruction" listed above the portrait. Bello's portrait in various shades of green is the 1B value and Sanz is the 25 c value in light blue or gray.
By the appearance, I am assuming, I hope correctly, pre 1940
Many thanks to perf 12 and floor trader. Regarding posting pictures, not all of us are computer literate enough to upload pictures. Had that been the case, naturally I would have done so. However, I have learned that the members of this board are so knowledgable, if sufficient description is given, the question can be answered assuming the question does not require a visual on a specific item.
I also appreciate notation from floortrader which explains why I could not find answer my self with my classic catalog
