Far Eastern Republic / Trans-Baikal Semyonov Issues - Help ID Signature

I got these two stamps in the mail today. Exciting to me as I have been looking for them for quite a while now -- All I need now is N1.

The 5R issue has a signature and a "RK" stamped on the back. Can anyone help ID the signature and/or the "RK"?

I have already checked out the excellent site: https://www.filatelia.fi/experts/namesa.html but couldn't readily find the marks.

DC, I haven't seen these stamps for a while. They're not expensive at all, but seldom seen in my experience. As for the mark, is it in indelible pencil?

I know -- I have had the 10r for a while, but have been looking for these for a few years now -- Was hoping the signature or the RK was an experts mark, but probably just from a collector somewhere.
