Welcome: The printed parts look authentic.Need a better pic of
the stamp for details about the head..If you take the photo
turn the stamp upside down...

Forgery ===The cancel is the first clue ,your scan as bad as it is, still shows the lack embossed detail .Let me see if I can show my copy .
