Good Evening Everyone,

I have a mint condition U.S. Army Balloon School Arcadia, California envelope. I haven't come across another yet but I'm still searching. If you could give me a date on this that would be nice. A value also if possible.

Thanks

Too bad it wasn't used by someone at the school at the time. That would have made for a nice bit of philatelic history.
