Good Evening,

I have a Finland ~1885 25p Ultra S.C. #34 and I was wondering if there was any added value for errors? Does anyone know of a specialized stamp resource online?

The catalog value for the Renniä flaw you've got is 40-50€. But before you pop up the champagne bottle, please acknowledge that real world is fully different story. For example Finland's largest stamp auction house sold a lot of 11 plate flaws (RENNIÄ, PENRIÄ, FINIAND etc) for 23€ (+ commission) last year. And that was a HIGH price....

It's all about supply and demand. If you find a collector looking for that specific variety on specific shade, then you might be able to get two digit figures from a sale. But otherwise it's just a "nice to have" variety worth a buck or two.

@SCB i'll have to do some scans for you to help me, the troublesome Senate and sigliata print and how to tell them apart.

Thanks scb. I was wondering if my Finnish plate flaws had any value to other collectors.
