hello guys this is my very first time here so thaks admin for letting me in.i have a problem identifying this stamp and I already search through internet but still cant find clear answer.question!what type of stamp variety is this?is this stamp atleast valuable or posibly rare?oh and the blue line somewhere in number 25 (see image below)is that common?and lastly how much it would be worth?thanks again
