Romania ~1890-S King Carol I - Help Identifying Stamps

Good Afternoon,

I have several Romania ~1890s King Carol I stamps that are on a cross woven diagonally type of paper... 3 in total. I'm not sure about them so I've posted them here to hopefully get a second opinion / identification. I did not see a watermark on them.

Not 1890s. Issued in 1918. They come in perforations of 11 1/2, 13 1/2 and a compound of the two.

Forgeries abound amongst the stamps of Romania, but not, I think, in this issue. This is an excellent site
