perf 11
design measures:
19.25mm wide
22.41mm high
measurements performed digitally so much more accurate then any hand method

overall design matches those in siegel's census and clean back side

Only 40 in existence so definitely time to send it in to PSE. Let us know what you end up doing and best of luck.

Find yourself a common Scott #610 (the flat plate perf 11). Then place it along side your 613 candidate. If you think your stamp is taller than the 610, then by all means send it in for certification. Then prepare, in all likelihood, to be disappointed. You are facing very very long odds.

Indeed, best is comparing to another one, and make a scan of both stamps, then you can easily compare them in your computer, which is always better then measurements.

You should also check the perfs carefully; the plates used to make 613 were also used to print the imperfs.
