Well the guy says right in the listing he doesn't know much about stamps. Of course it couldn't be one of the lower catalogued varieties. He's sure it's a 613....
Oh, and he has two bidders. Bet they don't know anything about stamps either.

I think the thing that bugs me most about this guy is that someplace out there are two poor folks bidding on this stamp. One of them will win it, put it in the #613 space in their album and brag to family and friends how valuable it is. Years from now a dealer will tell the heirs the bad news. Then Stamp Collecting, if it still exist, will get another black eye.
