I Have A Bunch Of Stamps That I Need Help With

This is one I'm having difficulty with. It's a 406 type 1, perforation 12 x 12, I think... the perforations are on the top and sides but not bottom. I have a headache from trying to figure out exactly what stamp it is! Did they make these in sheets? Please help

No, it is a sheet stamp from the bottom of the pane.



The red lines above show where there would be 'straight edges', this is where they cut it apart.
